1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for:
Unworn items
Unwashed items
Items in original packaging
Items with all tags attached
Footwear must be tried on indoors only.
2. Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Final sale items
Gift cards
Customized or special‑order items
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for:
Size changes
Defective or damaged items
If the item is no longer available, we will issue store credit or a refund.
4. Return Shipping
